Gourmet Restaurant We scolded Romain Le Cordroch a little for his opaque menus last year, and we seem to have been heard! The talented chef is back at this fine table opposite the rampart gardens, explaining his seafood cuisine, where the finest Breton produce is given pride of place. These include scallops in carpaccio, red cabbage and zistes cream; langoustine from Guilvinec, pearl barley, hazelnut butter and gomasio; mackerel à la flamme, turnip, coconut milk, civet sauce and caviar; and rice pudding, miso ice cream and puffed rice. Menus from €31 to €81.
