An astonishing house on the port of Vannes, serving Alsatian cuisine. It's a service full of bonhomie in a richly decorated and exotic setting, where Alsatian classics have pride of place. Smoked trout and herring pressé, beautiful fleischnackas or sauerkraut with five fillings, chicken leg with riesling and spätzles, an authentic kougelhopf. Lovely service.
