Gault&Millau's review2025
An exotic address not far from the Rhuys peninsula, Philippe Bonne's hotel-restaurant offers a moment's respite from the hustle and bustle of city life, with a bucolic atmosphere, cosy rooms and local dishes, between Brittany and the Vosges (where the chef hails from). At fair prices, from €40, the menu evokes a fine savoir-faire, on matjes herring, with raw sauerkraut and faisselle, on brill, with mushroom risotto and Noilly Prat sauce, pig's trotters with foie gras, truffled celery mousseline and summer vinaigrette, cherry clafoutis. Well-informed cellar.
