Recently renovated, the inn has taken on more contemporary colors, which go well with the dishes they offer, both simple and accessible, in a current, market-driven vein. The €32 menu has proved its worth, with crispy sweetbreads and reduced veal jus, roast filet of St Pierre with shellfish coulis, Angus entrecôte with goat's cheese cream and buckwheat kouign-amann.
