Sponsored The Maître Restaurateur label awarded to La Féria, located on the shores of Lac de la Magdeleine, is a guarantee that all suggestions from Clémence and Stephan Pey's restaurant are homemade from raw, seasonal produce. "We source our produce from local producers," says the couple, who are true defenders of their terroir, especially regional breeders. "Our menu gives pride of place to foies gras, magrets and confits, and even if our breeders sometimes fall victim to avian flu, we don't buy from elsewhere," says Stephan. Here, all year round, at lunchtime and in the evenings, you'll love the delights concocted by his sidekick, Chef Thomas Marques-Fernandes, such as the unmissable paëlla, parrillada, coin-coin burger, Landaise salad, chocolate mousse, profiteroles... You'll love the forest setting, the relaxed atmosphere, the homemade children's menu, accompanied by a little gift to collect, the smiling young service and the choice of wines by the glass. "In addition to the 60-seat dining room, we have a 100-seat terrace and a tapas bar," concludes Clémence. You come once, you keep coming back!
