Gourmet Restaurant How pretty and attractive is this large stone house with cobalt-blue shutters in the heart of this Gers village! There's a real spirit of cocagne here, in a rather distinguished atmosphere. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, with a touch of modern flair, but with plenty of room for local produce: fried organic soft-boiled egg with butternut shiitake and walnuts, duck pot-au-feu with foie gras, chocolate sphere with Espelette chilli pepper.
