A family saga that began almost a hundred years ago, on the corner of rue de l'Église and rue du Lac, in a charming Gers village, and ended in 2022 when Rafael and Manon took over the establishment. It would be a mistake to stop at the rather austere facade and the cheap plastic menus on display in the street, and miss out on discovering the attractive restaurant room, with its contemporary, well-appointed decor. The cuisine, still entrusted to Marc Abramovici, retained by the new owners, intelligently advocates locavore and respect for the seasons, with Bigeorre black pork shank with nutmeg, terrine of poultry confit and semi-cooked foie gras or herb-crusted suckling lamb from the Pyrenees, one of the house's signature dishes.
