Gourmet Restaurant For almost thirty years, this elegant house in the town of Alet has been opening its doors to connoisseurs, for its "early 20th century house" decor, both busy and colorful, its beautiful terrace with sea views, and its iodized dishes. The formula is as effective as ever, and diners return with the pleasure of being well received: clams stuffed with shallot butter, fish sauerkraut, roast cod with bacon and mashed potatoes, and to finish, baba au rhum.
