At the corner with rue de Toulouse, a handsome local granite building houses this modern-day crêperie, which respects tradition while offering a considerable choice, with variations on the full galette, such as the specials, Terre Neuve with smoked herring, Paysanne with Dinan andouille, Figuette with goat's cheese and fig jam. The same effort is made on the sweets with the flambées and Gourmandes, like the Fanny banana caramel salted butter grated coconut... Also salads, ice creams and Val de Rance organic cider.
