Sponsored Arsène Celebi has tastefully recreated the warm ambience of a Neapolitan trattoria in an old stone-built shop near the Bordeaux park. A lifelong gastronomic enthusiast steeped in Italian culture, he has entrusted the production of his dishes to a chef from the authentic metropolis of Naples. As in Campania, the pizzas are very light and easily digestible thanks to their high hydration content, and are baked at 450° for 90 seconds in one of the famous domed ovens. Nonna's dishes, such as polpettes (meatballs in tomato sauce) and homemade truffle ravioli, are also a big hit at Cantina Roni. Cured meats and cheeses are imported directly from Italy, while fresh meats, fish, fruit and vegetables are sourced from local producers. An intoxicatingly scented Spritz bar and an attractive Italian wine list will enhance your elegantly prepared plates. In season, sit out in the restaurant's private garden courtyard and enjoy the welcome peace and quiet.
