Sponsored Much more than just a restaurant, L'Oustau ("house" in Provençal) is a real place to live, share and exchange culinary delights! Nestled in a small street in the center of town, this one-stop shop is the result of a harmonious meeting of minds between its two founders: Élise wanted to create a place committed to living together and more responsible consumption, and Alexandre, a passionate cook, was happy to treat us to the cuisine of his childhood, between Italy and Lebanon. At lunchtime, this Mediterranean canteen offers three delicious dishes that vary every week and take our taste buds on a journey through the region: home-cooked dishes are inspired by local, seasonal produce and flavors from Italy to Lebanon, via Greece and even the Maghreb. For the rest of the day, this cheerful and convivial house, with its wooden tables, mirrors and antique lampshades in warm colors, welcomes artisans and artists, workshops, pop-up stores and conferences, with the credo "Mieux consommer et vivre ensemble" ("Better consumption and living together"). Regulars, neighbors, the curious and even the shy, don't hesitate to push open the door: L'Oustau can be discovered and enjoyed at any time! Open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.
