Sponsored "Tiphaine Le Soymier's restaurant isn't just about architecture on stilts and a pretty terrace - far from it. Since November 2022, the establishment has been attracting lovers of bistronomic cuisine, who can choose to sit in a comfortable dining room with high ceilings, or outside on the banks of the Yerres River. Zoom in on the plates and you'll discover refined fusion-style dishes inspired by the world. Duck tataki with orange, for example, will delight the most demanding taste buds.
