Gault&Millau's review 2025

Not far from Parc Montsouris and in the heart of the Butte-aux-Cailles, the B55 has been entirely designed for the comfort and relaxation of its guests, after a long day of meetings or exploring the capital. On the menu: 48 elegant, comfortable rooms (with beautiful terraces for the higher categories), a bar decorated around the world of wine, offering tastings of excellent vintages and, last but not least, a beautiful spa with a sauna and swimming pool, all open 7 days a week until midnight. A functional, affordable place to stay in an area that is still rather poor in terms of hotel facilities.
