Sponsored In 2021, head chef Laurine Dariol and her mother, Marie-Françoise, embarked on the great adventure of the restaurant business, thanks in particular to a bistronomic menu offered in the evenings. Her cuisine, which revives the comforting recipes of yesteryear, is based on fresh, seasonal produce, such as forgotten vegetables from her parents' greengrocers. And every bite of her seasonal offerings is a sweet treat. For example: lamb mouse, sweetbreads with morel mushroom sauce, pot-au-feu revisited, scallops with hazelnut butter... His variations on land-sea tapas are a treasure trove of flavors, as are his unmissable croquettes aligot truffé and chiffonnade de jambon. His dexterity is at work in his trompe-l'oeil lemon dessert. And her taste for good food is also evident in a wine list to match the dishes.
