Chef's Restaurant Right in the center of this Toulouse suburb, the dining room is modern with its skylight glass ceiling, bare wooden table and large bay window that opens onto a terrace in summer. The young and talented Adrien Cresci offers refined French cuisine with a touch of the world. At lunchtime or in the evening, the restaurant is often full, thanks to attractive formulas, for lunch at €27 or dinner from €50 to €78. No false notes, from the pate en croûte where everything is mastered with its vegetable pickles to the precisely cooked Peking duck, miso barbecue sauce and broccoli. Dessert is not to be outdone, with an eloquent modern black forest with hints of Urfa pepper, and a fine cheese platter is available as an extra. A wide choice of wines by the glass from a southwest-facing wine list.
