Gourmet Restaurant Behind this brick house lies one of the most exciting addresses in the Toulouse suburbs, an ultra-contemporary restaurant with glass ceiling, waxed concrete and a large garden terrace. Adrien Cresci's creative, graphic cuisine is as meticulous in its presentation as it is in its content. Discover crispy scallops, maki, cream cheese, wasabi, dried tuna ventresca, smoked mayonnaise, velvety green juice and mackerel roe, cod back stuffed with fresh mussels, Fred's spinach, just-seared eryngiis in poultry stock, roasted pine nuts, rack of lamb piqué with Colonnata bacon, Tarbais beans like a cassoulet with guanciale. Desserts are also up to scratch, including a mont-blanc with rum and smoked wild berries, blackberry sorbet, or crispy cabbage with thyme confit, fig chantilly, feta, yoghurt ice cream and grape must caviar. Well-rounded service.
