Gourmet Restaurant On the main square, the well-modernized inn has stood proudly for ages. Anthony Loriot has also renovated the kitchen, adding contemporary touches while retaining the fundamentals, with carefully thought-out dressings: dome of beef shank in aspic, cream of carrot with gribiche sauce, herb-crusted quasi-veal with textured broccoli and pear, full-bodied meat jus, mushroom and chocolate creamy caramel mushroom dessert, in a well-executed sequence, with plenty of choice, for €40.
