Gourmet Restaurant It may not look like much from the outside, but this discreet address in the south of Toulouse is a treasure trove. It's a well-kept restaurant, with a wood interior and light colors, and a contemporary, graphic cuisine by Damien Cadéi. For this summer, flamed New Caledonian blue shrimp, grilled eggplant, shellfish consommé with lemon leaves, roasted fish fillet, vegetables en escabèche and tempura, bourride sauce à la sétoise, stuffed duckling, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, confit potato with pig fat, or a honey waffle, roasted seasonal fruit with spices and cointreau, thyme-lemon cream, cointreau sorbet.
