Gourmet Restaurant In the Arcachon Basin, not far from the Grand Dune, chef Éric Thore offers honest, serious market cuisine based on local produce and inspiration. Roasted veal sweetbreads, small vegetables, acidulated lime juice, filet of beef in a crust, the desserts are classic. You can also choose to give the chef carte blanche to compose your meal. As for the cellar, while it favors Bordeaux wines, it is not exclusive, with some fifty references. Service is satisfactory.
