Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful hotel restaurant by the sea, next to the dune, a former hunting lodge from the 1930s, elegance and chic are the order of the day, just as they are on the menu, where the oysters are a choice of Bidart, special parc de l'Impératrice, Gillardeau or ostra régal. The cuisine follows the same rhythm, with octopus marinated in kalamansi, lean fish in coconut milk, grilled wild prawns and steamed cod in a saffron marinière emulsion, not forgetting meat dishes such as Angus entrecote with crushed ratte potatoes and summer truffles. The decor is by Philippe Starck, the wine list refined and the service efficient.
