Gourmet Restaurant Nunzio Iacono's healthy, regional and preferably organic approach is a step in the right direction. In this important winegrowing stronghold, this home-style cuisine unreservedly highlights local produce: 63° carrot coco combawa egg, hake from Saint-Jean-de-Luz cream of beans with black garlic and Iranian lemon, veal entrecôte heart from Aveyron black curry crumble with glazed celery, pavlova mirabelle plum in a no-fuss formula at €49. A Burgundy cellar with good classic references, led by Matteo Iacono.
