Chef's Restaurant In the heart of the wine-growing village, Caroline and Nunzio, who were once known in Chalon, welcome their guests and their many loyal followers as friends, in a warm table d'hôte atmosphere. Simplicity is the order of the day at lunchtime (with a choice of main course in a €33 formula), while the chef expresses himself more at dinnertime, through the quality of ingredients and preparations, for a complete sequence at €49: green asparagus, perfect egg, truffle emulsion, entrecote heart (or grilled octopus on the other day), black garlic, reduced juice, Malabar pepper, strawberries, rhubarb and a hint of agastache. Local cellar with good owners.
