Sponsored The temple of ramen: that's how we define Kawayoshi Ramen, in Talence. People flock here to sample traditional cuisine prepared by the chef. All dishes are homemade. The ramen is prepared Tokyo style, with fine noodles (homemade), a broth and a choice of toppings. Kawayoshi Ramen also combines Asian cuisine with quality local products, such as Label Rouge farm chicken from the Landes region, cooked at low temperature and used for the broth, and pork from the Basque region. Also in the purest tradition, choose between light broth (eight hours cooking time) or thick broth (between nine and 10 hours cooking time). No less than five ramen recipes created by the Chef await you, to which you can add the topping of your choice: Nori leaf, marinated soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoot, meat... The experience also lies in the way you enjoy it: at the counter as in Japan, or in a small adjoining room. The decor invites you to daydream, while the cooks and waiters are busy all around you.
