Gourmet Restaurant This is one of the Championnet district's hottest addresses, run by Manon and Thaïs, two young chefs with a passion for local produce and short-distance sales, recently joined by Chloé Wen Berthelet. Their bistro brings freshness to the table, with a contemporary décor featuring natural materials, and seasonal dishes that are as pleasing in form as they are in content. The ideas are on the slate and follow a tight rotation, a good egg scramble with black truffle to get you going, a trout from the Archiane cirque confit with beurre blanc, walnuts, potatoes and spinach, a surprising tacos of fried hake with yuzu kosho garlic cream and avocado, a chuck in pho broth, turnips, carrots and celery, and finally a hay cream, warm vanilla mousse, beer gel and shortbread. The cellar follows the same dynamic, with plenty of modern organic and natural wines.
