Gourmet Restaurant Continuity updated over time in this sincere bistro known to all Grenoblois for decades. A lovely retro setting with checkered floor tiles and red banquettes, a well-stocked wine selection, notably from the Rhône and Burgundy regions, and a menu that's always well-stocked, offering a choice of bistro-style dishes at €29: egg mayo with dill and smoked salmon, breaded pig's trotter with gribiche sauce, marrow-bone pot-au-feu and a good tarte Tatin. Regulars sometimes choose an à la carte dish off the menu, such as sole meunière, Bobosse andouillette with mustard sauce, or Galician prime rib, matured for four weeks.
