Gourmet Restaurant In the town where Pierre Gagnaire first made his name, this restaurant clearly plays upmarket gastronomy. A modern setting, a warm welcome and excellent service, these codes are well established by the two attractive menus at €40 and €50. The contents follow, without too much fuss, keeping the taste in the plate with the tartlet of pig's trotter and snails, scallops in meurette with split pea gnocchi, fillet of beef wellington, caramel sablé with salted butter and milk chocolate. You'll also find great ideas in the Marché menu at €25.
