Gourmet Restaurant For many years now, this meritorious table has been offering a domestic and popular Japanese cuisine that is both disorienting and reassuring. Each month, a new menu replaces the previous one, proposing, in addition to the formula (38 € in full sequence) a pairing with sake on each dish. You'll be able to start with a well-worked udon, grilled marinated sea bream in miso sauce, beef stew in demi-glace sauce with Hayashi rice, and the indispensable nashi mousse for dessert. Beer and cocktails are also available.
