Gourmet Restaurant Located in one of the world's most prestigious wine-growing villages, the hotel-restaurant is a logical stopover in the heart of the vineyards. Vincent Chirat's cuisine brings a new, relevant color to the terroir, and successfully revitalizes local traditions. On the chef's plate: crème prise with fresh goat's cheese, bonbons of Charolais oxtail and artichoke à la croque au sel, filet de sole à la viennoise, shellfish and pea ragout, two-cooked organic lamb, panisse and fennel confit, mango and yuzu sabayon, green tea ice cream. Extensive cellar selection.
