Gourmet Restaurant This friendly bistro has real pretensions, well supported by the chef's technique and creativity. Every year, we enjoy discovering new ideas, with a few classics skilfully revisited, like these eggs parfait with sun-dried tomatoes, mimolette siphon and toast powder, or this poached cod in aromatic milk, tangy nage, oyster mushroom and spinach, almond siphon, almond slivers and caviar, a low-temperature duck fillet, coriander hummus, chickpeas in gastrique, date virgin and lemon confit, duck jus with dried apricots, a chocolate unctueux infused with pepper, honey and olive oil ice cream, sablé breton. Menu €40.
