To satisfy every appetite, however, Laëtitia and William don't focus exclusively on pork-based specialties, "cochino" in Spanish. Of course, the menu features loin, shank and ribs, all cooked at low temperature for perfect tenderness. But lovers of fine cuts of beef, fresh fish or even vegetarians will delight in the Chef's creations, on the square in front of Brignoles town hall. Depending on the state of the sky, they can choose to sit out on the large, beautiful terrace or in the vaulted dining room of the charming restaurant. Diversity also rhymes with conviviality, served daily in this restaurant where people come to spend a good time, under the benevolent gaze of the owners, happy to have taken over the business two years ago. Even more conviviality is provided by the evenings, offered two weekends a month.
