Description
Sponsored Marco Lopresti and Maël Dupuy's concept for their restaurant is to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza as made in Naples. Lovers of Italian cuisine, they learned the protocol of contemporary Neapolitan pizza from a triple World Champion pizza maker. From flour to plate, it takes 72 hours to produce a dough that's tasty, supple, crispy, ultra-digest and light, with cornices as airy as you'd like. Close your eyes and taste the Salumi, made with a tomato base, directly imported Italian cured meats, authentic burrata di bufala and arugula. Take a whiff, you're in the backstreets of Naples' Spaccanapoli district! The originality of the two partners: a mozzabar where you can enjoy different kinds of mozzarella. An original tiramisù or a limoncello baba, and your senses will be filled with delicious aromas. As soon as the weather clears, you can admire the Aiguilles de Warens from the terrace.
