A well-renovated old alpine chalet, where Savoyard and bourgeois cuisine is successfully practiced, appealing to Combloux's more CSP++ regulars as much as the view of Mont Blanc: œuf cocotte with a truffle-smoked onion and bacon compote, well-cooked veal sweetbreads, crispy interface and barely pink inside, an interesting parsley and tarragon jus and a hearty purée, nectarine puff pastry lacking a little fruitiness compared to the pastry cream and vanilla ice cream. Well-balanced wine list.
