Gault&Millau's review2025
A family business since 1988, Mireille, Youri and Nadia's chalet is a semi-gastronomic rendezvous in the heart of the mountains, in a charming chalet overlooking Mont Blanc. The breathtaking views and the effort put into the dishes are well worth the mention; you can indulge in "choux-choux" with snails, bacon and beaufort, chlorophyll cracker and wild garlic cream, hazelnut-crusted veal pavé, mushrooms and porcini cream and coffee, Arpenaz lamb, thyme jus and potato croquette with nettles and reblochon. Youri's pastries are well worth a detour, as with a crunchy timbale of vanilla rice pudding with lime, creamy caramel and mango ice cream. Suitable cellar.
