Carla the Argentine and Thomas the Frenchman welcome us to their superb restaurant a stone's throw from Place des Carmes, in a seductive setting where elegance and tango spirit form a royal couple. The culinary experience is second to none, with meat of the highest quality. In addition to Argentine beef and the inevitable empanadas, the establishment boasts its "chori": a sausage with unusual, typically Argentine flavors, accompanied by a surprising purée flavored with preserved lemon and ginger.
