Sponsored The Café des Arts is above all a long history in which women have always been the guardians of a temple that has retained all its soul of yesteryear. Verena is the third owner of an establishment she took over ten years ago, supported by three employees. In the heart of this small town of just under 10,000 inhabitants, the Café des Arts is a warm and friendly place to enjoy the first coffee of the day. The house is open at lunchtime and offers excellent traditional cuisine "concocted in the pans", with several nuggets to discover. Creams and sauces are king here. So delicious and so skilfully proportioned to accompany one of the fabulous dishes the kitchen has the secret to. With three or four suggestions every day and an attractive menu featuring three different courses, the Café des Arts has plenty to offer. Visitors will appreciate the fish from Lake Geneva and the meats from the region's pastures. A wonderful address to discover and share. Open only as a bistro on Thursdays and Fridays for lunch and dinner, and on Sundays for lunch.
