Chef's Restaurant 10 years after being taken over by Christian and Karolina Wiatr, this Coq Rouge still boasts the same good energy, thanks to Karolina's smiling, professional presence in the dining room, but also to the wise, traditional cuisine offered by her husband, Alain Bohant's former second-in-command: Bresse chicken roulade with porcini mushrooms and foie gras, duck breast with honey-ginger sauce and purple potatoes, pineapple flambéed with rum and rum-raisin ice cream. The first menu, at €44, takes you on a tour of this classic cuisine.
