Sponsored This Le Mans address is well known to cocktail lovers and night owls alike. More than just a bar, this speakeasy-like institution attracts an eclectic clientele in a friendly atmosphere. Behind the counter, the flasks sparkle, the bartender plays with the shaker and juggles the liquids. The result: original cocktails and revisited classics to the delight of neophytes and initiates alike. And there's plenty to choose from, with 120 references of gin, the star of the Vaud', top-of-the-range rums, whiskies made in France and a fine selection of wines. Owner Morgan Livet, a doctor of mixology, loves his job and shows off his high-flying creations: Mai Tai with cherry, gin spiked with raspberry syrup, Mule cocktail revisited and sublimated by a pear Royale and cardamom... Also on the menu: tapas, nachos, a croque-monsieur with truffle oil and home fries to enjoy between two drinks. The industrial ambience blends with floral notes all the way to the pretty covered terrace. In winter, Le Vaud' turns up the volume with live concerts and DJ nights.
