Gourmet Restaurant A good place for business and pleasure in the station district, which has refined its offering over the years and is making progress. The short, evocative menu gives pride of place to seasonal produce, prepared with care, imagination and sometimes a little extra ingredient: foie gras and mushroom ravioli, pan-fried foie gras, celery mousse and mushroom tartelette forestière, snacked scallops, oysters, mousseline of ratte with lime, cockle juice with Noilly Prat, brownie cookie, cocoa nib tuile, white miso chocolate ganache... The menu will set you back around €70, and the service is precise and courteous.
