Gourmet Restaurant Heading down Avenue Jean Jaurès, you can stop off at Jérôme and Agnès Lair, an address with a confident design, lounge and loft, equally suited to candlelit dinners and business meals. The chef's signature cuisine is both personal and original; this season, tourteau remoulade, leek composition, granny-smith jelly, shallot tartlet with balsamic vinegar and citrus vichyssoise, snacked scallops, scallop cromesquis with herb butter, fennel confit, lemon cream, buckwheat crumble and chlorophyll emulsion, or beef pavé, pithiviers of seasonal vegetables, black garlic and crispy potatoes.
