Chef's Restaurant The benchmark restaurant in Le Praz, for bourgeois-style dining in Courchevel. A short, wise menu that guarantees the right origin and a chef's treatment: scallops in white wine sauce, Jerusalem artichoke declension, low-temperature veal sirloin, then roast polenta with gaudes and parsnip purée, parfait glacé with herbal liqueur, kiwi and persimmon pistachio cream, a good sequence that happily exceeds €100, making the four-course menu without choice, but in five courses with cheese, attractive. Classic cellar with a small regional selection.
