On the tip of Brittany, opposite the island of Ouessant, Jean-Pierre Stéphan runs this typical inn, with its bourgeois table setting and comforting intimacy. The chef works with local produce, which he knows perfectly well, and to which he passes on his love of taste, through a solid tradition and a technique beyond reproach. The dishes reflect what's available on the market: pollock with chives and rice, poultry fricassee basquaise and gratin dauphinois, praline cabbage or chocolate mousse. Fair prices.
