Chef's Restaurant The Pouzadoux couple turned over a new leaf in 2021. Since then, they've been happily working on several fronts. You can pop in for a bite to eat from the delicatessen and pastry kiosks, or for street-food. You can also drop in for breakfast or later, around midday in particular, for the menu of the day, according to Romain's inspiration. It's not a bad idea, especially as the elegance of the place (dominated by wood and concrete, with a long, convivial counter...) is an added bonus. A single menu. Fresh produce, simple and clever dishes, nicely composed plates. For example, this fine open raviole served with a fricassee of peas and onion confit topped with a perfectly balanced sweet garlic and lemon emulsion. Next, a roasted pork spider flanked by zucchini in different textures. And for a more lively travel experience, the whole dish is boosted by a "salsa criolla" (spicy sauce made with peppers, onions, olive oil...). Sweetness that day came in the form of an unctuous ganache illuminated by a strawberry/rhubarb compote, refreshed by a rhubarb sorbet. As for the beverages (in particular, a fine selection of wines), this is the domain of the indefatigable and smiling Charlotte. You'll have to trust her completely! Saturdays are devoted to brunch, and once a month, we extend the menu for a blind dinner.
