Gourmet Restaurant The well-arranged space of this typical bistro is devoted to the ocean and how to drink it: Utah Beach oysters to eat in or take away, mayo whelks with gochu jang, ceviche of saithe leche de tigre green beans apricots chili coriander cumin (when you mix it all together, you often get something nice), homemade tarama, monkfish pavé from Audierne.... There's plenty of variety, often octopus, and brillat-savarin can round off a visit. There's cider, pet' nat' and Tricot's chardonnay from Auvergne.
