Gourmet Restaurant A pretty, quiet, secluded farmhouse, set in an old mill in the middle of nature. The welcome is frank, the cuisine classic, faithful and successful, with a few manners, but well elaborated to seduce visitors: yellowfin tuna sashimi marinated in soy and sesame seeds, pollack aioli, saffron rosevalt, baked fennel, green beans, raspberry entremets, white chocolate crunch in a good €40 menu. Friendly, helpful service and a well-stocked regional cellar.
