Of course, in fine weather, the delightful shaded terrace, from which you can see the whole village perched on the opposite hill, is very popular. But that alone wouldn't be enough to win the Carro family the third toque. Today, Hermance Carro, daughter of the original owners, and her husband Quentin Joplet have preserved the soul of the place, while gradually adding a few more contemporary touches to a menu that remains firmly rooted in traditional Provencal cuisine. Meticulous service and a connoisseur's cellar, particularly in Provence.
