A little out of the way, but very close to the château, this is an address not to be overlooked, for its traditional regional fare, honorably turned out, with good homemade pâté, truffled brouillade, confit lamb mouse and polenta, and pistachio-glazed nougat. Prices are fairly high, as the area is popular with tourists, and the cellar allows you to stay in the region.
