In one of France's most beautiful villages, Éric Brunel has the privilege of one of the finest locations, on this cobbled square with its fountain and wash-house, with its unmistakable Provencal charm. Under the plane trees, the terrace is a moment of true communion, well accompanied on the plate by a few modern ideas. À la carte, œuf parfait, mushroom fricassee and emulsion, gambas tandoori, risotto vénéré and lobster bisque, veal filet mignon and truffle jus, pan-fried wild mushrooms with spinach and roasted potatoes.
