Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the village, a typical house with a breathtaking view of the ochres from the bay windows. Tourists and locals alike appreciate the restaurant's ability to innovate with local products as well as those from further afield: bonbons of Roussillon snails with herbs, sabayon and mushrooms in vinegar, crispy monkfish tail with variations on Jerusalem artichoke, poached pear with spices, civet with cuttlefish ink, sautéed veal sweetbreads, mushroom tartelette, port reduced juice. Pleasant, well-crafted desserts, reasonable prices for the chic Luberon.
