Chef's Restaurant The enviable location of this bastide at the entrance to the village, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and the whole region, is also matched by a well-established and stable gastronomy. Yohan Fatela, the chef at L'Orangerie, takes a cautious approach to catering for all visitors, but is also very precise. This is all the more true given that prices remain fairly acceptable for the house's standing, with a rather convincing four-course offer at €130: spider crab and crab mayonnaise with bisque, roasted sea bass with chorizo oil, crispy zucchini flowers with herbaceous sabayon, roast saddle of lamb, braised eggplant confit yoghurt kumquat jus, ending with a fresh peach-verbena dessert. The cellar covers the entire wine-growing region and also offers some great bottles, and the service is worthy of its distinctions.
