Gourmet Restaurant A bistro branch of Le Phébus (Xavier Mathieu's 3T restaurant), this is where you'll find the touch of a chef who knows how to produce a more accessible range, for lunches on the go, unannounced nibbles and furtive visits to the Luberon. The experience is a pleasurable one, and the menu is sure to satisfy all tastes, in a classic and international vein, for all types of clientele. The menu includes Caesar salad, fougasse with truffles, salmon tartar with citrus fruits, pied paquet marseillais and seasonal fruit tart. Professional service, interesting luch and spa formula.
