Gourmet Restaurant Christophe Belegaud has retained the mastery and precision of his first professional life. His cuisine is the kind you sauce your plate with, and lick your fingers with. A true bistronomy, in this well-adjusted €42 menu, with tomato salad, pine nuts, wasabi mascarpone, black Bigorre AOP pork confit at low temperature, eggplant caviar, polenta finger, zucchini, house juice and thyme emulsion, and cheese worked into dessert, supported by baked apple for a well-managed sweet and salty. Chantal, the chef's wife, takes great care in the dining room, and the wine cellar is generalist with a touch of local.
