Gourmet Restaurant Far from the cities and close to the greenery of Champagne, Denis Châtelet's home is a bucolic and convivial retreat. In this contemporary, minimalist building, the chef's colorful dishes are perfectly integrated, showcasing a terroir revisited with conscience and savoir-faire. The €42 menu lives up to its promise, with poached duck foie gras with rosé champagne, filet de saint-pierre with champagne sauce, grenadin de veau with tartufata sauce, cheese cart and dark chocolate praline cream. Good service. Well-informed cellar.
