Gourmet Restaurant Some make it the best Italian restaurant in town today: a rather distinguished trattoria on the cathedral side, surfing the azzura vogue with a wide choice: arancini, burrata, vitello tonnato as starters, carefully-crafted pastas with good ingredients, linguine vongole, ravioli carbonara, spaghetti cacio pepe flambéed in the wheel of grana padano and classics (lasagne, osso buco) right through to desserts (tiramisu, chocolate hazelnut shortbread tart...).
